Xtreme Speed Human Performance Center
Xtreme Speed, located in the San Antonio, TX area, is a facility that offers:
Baseball and Softball lessons by highly qualified instructors at affordable rates
Indoor baseball/softball cage rentals for team practices or individual use (no machines available), also an Outdoor infield available for rental
Select baseball teams that have an extremely high rate of success.
Speed and Agility training, to improve overall athleticism, focused on the form of running to vastly improve speed
Jump and Agility training, to improve overall athleticism, focused on increasing the verticle (volleyball and basketball)
Strength and Conditioning available to adults and athletes over 12yrs, meant to build muscle and strengthen core.
Adult workout room for a very low monthly rate.
Nutritional guidence by an on staff nutritionist.

Xtreme Speed has had amazing success with so many of our athletes and a multitude of our players have gone on to play at the next level. Here are just a few:
Nick Lee, 2009 graduate of Madison High, was drafted 2010 and 2011. He signed with the Washington Nationals 2011.
Casey Selsor, 2008 Reagan graduate and two way standout player at UTSA. He was drafted out of high school by the Nationals in 2008 and then again in 2012. Casey signed a pro contract with the Washington Nationals in June 2012.
Clint Sharp, 2009 graduate of Churchill Hich who played Howard Jr. College and UTSA. He was drafted in 2013 after his senior season by the Los Angeles Angels.
Jacoby Almaraz, standout 2010 graduate from Johnson High was drafted out of high school by the San Diego Padres. He decided to go to college and played at San Jacinto in 2011 where he was then drafted by the Atlanta Braves. After transferring to Angelina College, Jacoby was once again drafted in 2012, this time by the St. Louis Cardinals. He signed a pro contract in June of 2012.
Cory Bafidis, 2 sport standout who graduated in 2009 from Smithson Valley, attended Midland Jr. college for one year and played at Texas Tech one year before transferring to Texas Wesleyan. Cory was drafted by the Washington Nationals in 2012 and 2013. He signed a professional contract with the Nationals June of 2013.
Anthony Vasquez, 4 year letterman and graduate of Reagan High, attended A&M in 2006 before transferring to USC in 2007 as a 2 way player. Anthony was drafted and signed in 2009 with the Seattle Mariners. Anthony had quick success and made his Major League debut on August 23, 2011.
