Xtreme Speed Human Performance Center offers group and individual training programs designed to dramatically improve the overall athletic ability in each participant. Choose from speed, jump, flexibility, strength, and conditioning programs to give you a competitive edge. In addition, we offer highly successful select baseball teams for ages 7 through 18 that compete locally in the San Antonio, Texas area. Baseball and softball lessons are also available.

Improve physical performance with our Speed, Jump, and Agility packages now available three times a week. Includes running mechanics, acceleration, endurance, balance, flexibility, core strength, vertical power and more. Great for any type of athlete.

Xtreme Speed Human Performance Center features a 10,000 square foot indoor workout area with the latest in cardio and machine equipment, free weights, dumbbells and more. Available to the general public at great low monthly rates.
